Hayman-Joyce has released the latest edition of its Cotswold Property Bulletin. This issue focuses on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and what the legislation means for landlords across the Cotswolds.
Read the Cotswold Property Bulletin April 2026.
The bulletin outlines the phased introduction of the new legislation. This includes the move to rolling tenancies, the end of Section 21 no-fault evictions, changes to rent increases, rules surrounding pets and the ban on rental bidding wars. It also includes practical guidance for landlords on what action is now required following the first phase of changes introduced from 1 May 2026.
Alongside the legislative update, the bulletin highlights Hayman-Joyce’s recent sold-out landlords’ seminar, held in partnership with Kendall & Davies Solicitors and Tayabali Tomlin Chartered Accountants, which raised more than £500 for North Cotswold Foodbank.
Readers can also find:
- local lettings advice
- landlord compliance information
- recently let and available properties
- guidance on grounds for possession under the new legislation
- updates from the Hayman-Joyce lettings team
The bulletin reflects the agency’s ongoing commitment to supporting landlords with practical advice and local property expertise across the North Cotswolds.
