We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our team as a qualified commercial agent.

The role focuses on winning business, selling and letting commercial property, building relationships, seeking new opportunities, and delivering first-class customer service to our clients.

Our dynamic and ambitious team of 16 based in Moreton-in-Marsh focuses on outstanding client care, faultless communication and delivering sensational service. We operate in the North Cotswolds and the surrounding counties.

We are investing in and building our commercial team and seeking an individual to work with our commercial consultant Nicholas Woodward MRICS to continue our growth.

This is an opportunity for the ideal candidate, if successful, in the medium term to run and build the commercial team.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who will take the time to understand our client’s needs and will deliver, with tenacity, exceptional results for our clients.

Must have the utmost integrity, act with discretion, and always put our clients’ best interests first.

The role is full-time, five days a week. You must have experience in a similar role, be qualified (MRICS for example) and ideally with local knowledge.

The package includes a discretionary profit-based bonus and you will be working in a supportive but commercially driven organisation with an independent ethos.
