Together, the team won two gold awards for both sales and lettings. Of note, this was for a third year in a row. In addition, Sue Maaz, Senior Lettings Negotiator, was shortlisted for ‘Best Negotiator Lettings’ and then went on to win.
Also shortlisted were Emma Cattell for ‘Best Negotiator Lettings’, Adam Sambell for ‘Best Manager Lettings’ and Sarah Garner for ‘Best Negotiator Sales’.
The Best Estate Agent Guide was created to provide sellers and landlords with information on top agents in their area. Each year, the Guide is compiled following a rigorous assessment which analyses more than 11,300 agents. The criteria, which matter most to homeowners, includes property marketing, customer service and results.
