Every year, a rigorous assessment is carried out on every estate and letting agent in the country. In all, there are 13,080 estate agencies. Each one is assessed for property marketing, customer service and results. This includes how quickly they sell or let. Plus a percentage of price achieved. In turn, this data is compared with other agents in the same location.
As a result, the best agents are listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide. To explain, this is a website for landlords and sellers to help them choose who to sell or let their property.
On Tuesday 7th November the results of this year’s assessment were announced at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards in London. Hayman-Joyce was among those recognised.
Indeed, Hayman-Joyce are delighted to achieve recognition for their dedication to providing the very highest levels of service.
Tom Hayman-Joyce, Partner, commented: “I am exceptionally proud of the team, it is so important to deliver consistently and to win again at this level in both lettings and sales is humbling. Our efforts to relentlessly improve and raise the bar in our industry have been recognised and rewarded, thank you team.”
Home-movers and landlords can search for those estate and letting agents that made the grade in their area. Go to: bestestateagentguide.co.uk. Or look out for the distinctive winners’ marks.
