We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our team as a commercial negotiator.

The role focuses first and foremost selling and letting commercial property, building relationships, seeking new opportunities, and delivering first-class customer service to our clients. The role encompasses all the duties associated with selling, letting and managing commercial property.

Our dynamic and ambitious team is based in Moreton-in-Marsh, focused on outstanding client care, faultless communication and delivering sensational service. We cover the North Cotswolds and the surrounding counties.

We are investing in and building our commercial team and seeking an individual to work with and support our commercial consultant Nicholas Woodward MRICS to continue growing our market share. This is an opportunity for the ideal candidate to learn and advance under supervision and if successful, longer-term the opportunity to run and build the commercial team.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who will take the time to understand our clients’ needs and will deliver, with tenacity, exceptional results for our clients.

You will have the utmost integrity, act with discretion, and always put our clients’ best interests first.

The role is full-time, five days a week. You must have experience in a similar role, ideally with local knowledge and relevant qualification.

The package includes a discretionary profit-based bonus and you will be working in a supportive but commercially-driven organisation with an independent ethos.
