The Hayman-Joyce team were delighted to get involved with The Great Escape Car Rally on Sunday for the Gloucestershire Community Foundation.
The event was a navigational rally taking in the beautiful Cotswold scenery whilst raising vital finds for the local community foundation and their ‘Poverty Hurts Appeal’.
Established in 1989, Gloucestershire Community Foundation (GCF) is an independent charity and one of 47 Community Foundations in the UK. Its aim is to raise vital funds for tackling poverty in the Gloucestershire rural communities. The team work with donors to connect funds to local need, helping to overcome disadvantage in Gloucestershire.
Starting at the Berrybank Park Amphitheatre, the stunning private estate of Ampney Park, and finishing with a delicious BBQ at The Classic Motor Hub in Bibury, the fundraising event was organised by Oasis Events Ltd to raise money for GCF.
Hayman-Joyce says: “All-in-all it was a fabulous event! We were delighted to support GCF and entered three teams, one of which won the quiz, coming first out of 25 teams! What a fun day!”
