Adam, Lettings Manager, comments: “I feel very proud to have finally passed and become a member of ARLA Propertymark. It has been about two years in the making but I finally got there, and I believe it is so worth it.

Adam joined the Moreton-in-Marsh team as Lettings Manager in 2020 with over 10 years’ experience in lettings. He is a strong, experienced manager with a demonstrable history of working in the real estate industry, Adam is skilled in negotiation, working with landlords, customer service, maximising returns, and property management. With the recent qualification, Adam is now able to demonstrate an even higher level of understanding of lettings to build upon in the future.

Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management is a qualification for those wanting to improve existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential letting and property management. With such little regulation in the sector, reputable estate agencies are keen to ensure that their teams are undertaking qualifications and showing continual improvement of their understanding to support their careers and their agency’s reputation.

The award covers subjects such as Health and Safety, Security and General Law, Legal Aspects of Letting and Management, Residential Property Letting Practice and Residential Property Management Practice.
