Last week saw the online auction of both:

1. A 1.45 acre post and wire fenced pasture paddock on the edge of Chipping Norton, and

2. Darlingscott House, a substantial detached Georgian house in need of significant work with five acres. 

With both lots sold, Tom was delighted with the result:
