Leigh House was SOLD BY PUBLIC AUCTION
at The White Hart Royal Hotel, High Street, Moreton-in-Marsh, last evening.

The hammer fell at £398,000 after a flurry of bids.

The guide price quoted was £350,000. Auctioneer, James Hayman-Joyce, was delighted to sell one of the last remaining un-modernised properties on the High Street.
