As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community, the Hayman-Joyce team regularly takes part in local volunteering days – and few events embody the spirit of the Cotswolds quite like Moreton Show.
This year, and for many years, Tom volunteered his time behind the scenes at the Show, helping ensure everything ran smoothly for one of the biggest one-day agricultural events in the UK. Tom was Chair for a number of years, so understands well what makes the Show go on!
From early morning set-up to supporting the livestock and equine teams, Tom got stuck in. With thousands of visitors attending, it takes a real team effort to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
“Moreton Show is such an important date in the local and agricultural calendar,” Tom said. “It’s more than just a show – it’s a celebration of our rural way of life. I was proud to play a small part in helping it come together.”
Moreton Show is close to the hearts of many in the Hayman-Joyce team, with strong ties to the local farming, equestrian and business communities we serve every day. Volunteering at the event offers a chance to connect with those roots, support the organisers and give back to a cause that brings so much value to the region.
Well done, Tom – and thank you to the Moreton Show organisers for all the hard work that goes into making the day such a success.
