Gracie joins the team for work experience

Last week, we were delighted to welcome Gracie from Chipping Campden School to Hayman-Joyce for her work experience placement. From Monday to Thursday, Gracie joined our team to gain insight into the world of estate agency and lettings.

Gracie spent time with each department at Hayman-Joyce, learning first-hand what it takes to be part of a successful and professional agency. She experienced a wide range of tasks, from learning how we communicate with clients and manage property details, to understanding the systems we use daily and how we operate as a team. Gracie shared her thoughts at the end of the week:

“During my time at Hayman-Joyce, each department took time and care to introduce me to life as an estate and letting agent. The positive atmosphere in the office, accompanied by the welcoming and supportive team, made my experience very enjoyable and informative. Throughout the week, I learnt all about how estate agents communicate with clients professionally, how to use the computer system, how to manage and sell a variety of properties and gained a deep insight into this career. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hayman-Joyce and particularly found viewing properties in the famous HJ1 and HJ2 Land Rovers a highlight of my experience.”

Our team thoroughly enjoyed having Gracie with us. Her enthusiasm, curiosity and professionalism made her a real asset during her time here. Work experience is a valuable opportunity for young people to explore different career paths, and we’re always proud to support the next generation as they begin to shape their future.

Thank you, Gracie, for spending the week with us – we wish you all the best in your studies and future career!
