We’re pleased to invite landlords and property investors across the Cotswolds to join us for an essential evening of expert insights, legal updates and networking at our upcoming Landlords’ Seminar, hosted by Hayman-Joyce.
Taking place on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 at The Manor House Hotel, Moreton-in-Marsh, the seminar will focus on the evolving legal and financial landscape for landlords – including key updates from the Renters’ Rights Bill, upcoming MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard) changes, and tax considerations for property ownership.

The evening will include presentations from industry specialists covering three critical areas:

Focusing on the legal implications of the Renters’ Rights Bill, the team will provide vital insight into gaining possession and understanding your legal responsibilities as a landlord.
Tayabali Tomlin Accountants
Exploring the tax landscape, this session will look at the pros and cons of holding property in a personal name vs a company structure, along with how to remain tax-efficient as legislation evolves.
