Tom runs the Moreton-in-Marsh office, he returned to Hayman-Joyce in June 2010, having spent the previous seven years working in London. Tom started his agency career in 2003 with Hayman-Joyce after graduating from Exeter University. He then moved to London and worked for Winkworth for just under 3 years and Savills for over 4 years before deciding to return to the Cotswolds and Hayman-Joyce. Tom lives in Cold Aston with his wife Amy and daughters Beatrice and Edith. He enjoys motorsport, rugby, squash, racing and country pursuits. Email:Show Email
Charlie is the Partner based in our Broadway office. Charlie was born and brought up in Warwickshire and read philosophy at Middlesex University. He then worked for a national firm of Estate Agents in Stratford-upon-Avon before joining Hayman-Joyce in Broadway in 1996. John joined Hayman-Joyce in 2006 having previously worked the majority of his 25 year estate agency career in Worcestershire. He is involved in the sales process from start to finish and is ably assisted by other experienced members of the team. He is always available to talk to clients and believes the advice offered reflects the true market conditions. When not at work, John is kept just as busy with a wife and three boys. James has worked in the Cotswolds since 1970 when he moved to the area from Exmoor. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Land Agent at the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester. He moved to Moreton-in-Marsh in 1976 when he opened an office for Blinkhorn & Co. and in 1991 he founded Hayman-Joyce. James looks after the Commercial department and carries out professional valuations. He has lived near Moreton-in-Marsh for over 30 years and his interests include country pursuits, sailing and National Hunt racing.
Jasper has been an estate agent for over 40 years, most of which have been spent in the Cotswolds dealing with the sale of all types of property. Starting his career in 1975 Jasper moved to the Cotswolds in 1980. In 1991 he joined Strutt & Parker as Head of the agency department in their Moreton-in-Marsh office, which he ran for nearly 20 years. In 2010 he returned to London as Head of Carter Jonas’s London Country Department dealing with the sale of country houses and farms and estates all over the country. Chris is an Associate with Hayman-Joyce and has been involved in Estate Agency since the 1980’s when he worked with James Hayman-Joyce at Blinkhorn & Co. Tina joined Hayman-Joyce in 1997 and has been a key member of the team from the day she started. Tina works in the Moreton-in-Marsh office where she is the hub of the office, looking after the sales team, the office management and the accounts for the office. Henry started his career in estate agency in London in 2004 after graduating from Edinburgh University with a degree in History of Art. Henry has also worked as a property search agent and an interior designer so has a keen eye on how to best present a property. Henry was born and brought up in the Cotswolds in Bourton-on-the Hill. With a background in the service industry Sandy brings a personable approach to the business. Following a short period of retirement Sandy keeps his hand in working part time in the Broadway Office and showing prospective buyers around properties. Sandy has a wealth of local knowledge, a wicked sense of humour and operates military organisation. In his free time he enjoys travel, socialising and gardening.
Natasha joined Hayman-Joyce in January 2017 and works on Saturdays in the sales department. Natasha has an exemplary career in customer service and loves people and property. She has worked recently in Dubai for five years has now fallen in love with the Cotswolds. Natasha lives locally in a prime Cotswold village with her family and enjoys cooking for the family, long walks with her dog and reading a good book.
Sheila is based in the Broadway office and looks after the accounts. Sheila has been with us for over ten years and fulfils an important role in the firm. Sheila lives in the North Cotswolds with her husband and enjoys cooking, gardening and walking her english setters. Email:Show Email

After training in London over thirty years ago Nick went on to become a partner of a large estate agency firm in the Home Counties. Following the firm's sale in 1988 he became the national sales director for a large corporate firm of estate agents and later headed the property advertising team at Country Life magazine.
Lucy joined Hayman-Joyce in March 2016, she started her career in estate agency in 2003 after graduating from Liverpool University with an honors degree in Town and Country Planning. Lucy works in our thriving lettings team and injects a wonderful energy and passion and has always lived and worked in the Cotswolds. Email:Show Email
Susan's many years spent handling clients' advertising needs have given her an in-depth knowledge of media advertising throughout the UK. Through high volume advertising she is able to pass on to clients special reduced rates available only through Mayfair Office.
Camilla is a member of the Moreton-in-Marsh team and has worked both in the lettings and the sales departments. Camilla joined Hayman-Joyce in April 2009 and brings a great deal of local knowledge and charisma to the team. Camilla lives just outside Chipping Campden with her husband Will and her son Luke. She enjoys horse riding and working with Will on the farm.
An estate agent since leaving school, Annette was trained in the Home Counties and ran her own firm before joining Mayfair Office as its Business Development Director. Annette shares a deep understanding of estate agency management, structure and development with a keen interest in people and property: this makes her a popular source of fresh ideas for estate agency clients and also a welcome mine of valuable information and balanced advice to buyers and sellers.
Gill joined Hayman-Joyce in February 2015. Gill looks after the accounts for the lettings department to ensure all the rent comes in on time and is paid promptly to our landlords. Before Gill joined Hayman-Joyce she worked in retail and accounts for an international firm. Gill lives locally in Shipston-on-Stour with her husband. Email:Show Email
As assistant to the directors Kirsty liaises with agents on a daily basis helping them with their advertising and marketing needs and helping connect buyers and sellers with the right agent for them. She also assists Susan with press releases and day-to-day contact with journalists.
