Emma joined the team in January 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience across both sales and lettings. Formerly an ARLA member and now ANAEA (Comm), she now heads up our commercial department. With a comprehensive and insightful understanding of the property market, Emma is well placed to guide clients through the tricky waters of the property sector.

Having spent her career working in the picturesque towns and villages of the Cotswolds, Emma has a genuine passion for the area. She particularly enjoys spending time in the region’s more rural locations. Calm, dedicated, and solutions-focused, she is highly skilled in both negotiation and problem-solving, and is always on hand to support clients at every stage.

Emma says:
“I have always been fascinated by the history and stories behind four walls, and I love seeing how people transform a house into their own special space. I’m excited to now experience this from a different perspective—watching people pursue their ambitions and find the perfect location for their businesses. Emma lives in Chipping Norton with her husband Paul and their two young sons, who certainly keep her busy. Outside of work, she enjoys making the most of the beautiful countryside with her family, attending live music events, pursuing creative interests, and taking on a slow but steady house renovation project.
