

Blue Cedar Court a 10-unit new build scheme of six flats and four houses in Moreton-in-Marsh.
We initially sold this property with development potential to an investor. This investor secured planning consent for a residential development and decided to exit, and we openly marketed the site and sold it to Twin City Developments.
We built a strong relationship with this developer, this being their first development in the north Cotswolds having focused their previous developments in Bath.
We unlocked many doors and relationships, introducing the builder and working closely with Twin City through many different iterations of the scheme to maximise the GDV. On settling on a scheme which placed the lower-value apartments alongside the main road, creating protected space behind for two pairs of semi-detached houses, they secured planning and started the build.
We spent many site meetings discussing the specifications, layouts and accommodation splits to suit our target market.
We introduced a local company to dress a couple of the properties to improve presentation, sell the lifestyle and improve the marketing photographs.
We launched the scheme and successfully managed the sales, securing sales at prices above budget and expectations.
