We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Moreton-in-Marsh team as a Lettings Manager.

This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of our dynamic and ambitious team, focused on outstanding client care, faultless communication and delivering sensational service.

The role focuses first and foremost on winning new letting business, building relationships, seeking new opportunities, and delivering first-class customer-service to our clients and their tenants. The role encompasses all the duties associated with letting and managing property with which you will be familiar. The team is based in our Moreton-in-Marsh office, which looks after all the letting business for Hayman-Joyce, covering the North Cotswolds and surrounding countryside.

The team is highly successful and has built a strong reputation for offering an unrivalled service. There are three other team members with whom you will be working, reporting to Tom Hayman-Joyce.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is persuasive, authoritative, and trustworthy. You will take the time to understand our clients’ needs and will deliver against a bespoke strategy to manage their assets to their full potential.

You will have the utmost integrity, act with discretion, and always put our clients’ best interests first.

The role is full time, five days a week with a three weekly rotation on Saturdays. You must have extensive experience in a similar role, ideally with local knowledge and a relevant qualification.

The package includes a discretionary profit based bonus structure and you will be working in a supportive but commercially-driven organisation with an independent ethos.
