Welcome to our Landlords’ Seminar.

We will be running through the key changes in letting law brought about by The Renters’ Rights Bill, with speakers from Hayman-Joyce Letting Agents focusing on The Renters’ Rights Bill and potential changes to MEES and Kendall and Davies Solicitors on the legal aspects of the Renters’ Rights Bill and gaining possession.  Tayabali Tomlin Accountants will focus on tax implications and the merits of holding your properties as an individual or company.
