Dumbleton is a village and civil parish in the English county of Gloucestershire. The village is roughly six miles from the renowned Cotswold village of Broadway.
Situated on the edge of Dumbleton Hill, a foothill of the Cotswolds and is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Dumbleton is mainly residential, although there is a successful Cricket Club, Garden Club, an Infants’ School, a Social Club, a Village Hall, and an Estate Office. The village also contains the main entrance to Dumbleton Hall, which now functions as a hotel.
Doors from the sitting room open to the wonderful south-facing communal courtyard. Centred with a feature water fountain there is a paved area around the perimeter providing the most perfect situation for residents to enjoy al-fresco dining or morning coffee.
Detached from the property is a private garden, laid to lawn with well-stocked borders that enjoys views over the grounds of Dumbleton Hall.
