Recruiting for a Lettings Co-ordinator
We are currently looking for someone to join our busy lettings team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Property management including dealing with maintenance issues and instructing contractors
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Dealing with telephone and walk in enquires
- General administration
- Negotiating tenancies
- Obtaining references
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Arranging gas safety certificates and electrical tests
- Dealing with landlord enquiries
Key skills and experience required:
- Customer service focused
- Friendly and approachable
- Adaptable
- Is able to be flexible towards role and working patterns
- Team player
- Effective communicator
- Must hold full driving license
Lettings experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. You will be working with a great team in a friendly office environment. Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.
