We are currently looking for someone to join our busy lettings team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Property management including dealing with maintenance issues and instructing contractors
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Dealing with telephone and walk in enquires
  • General administration
  • Negotiating tenancies
  • Obtaining references
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Arranging gas safety certificates and electrical tests
  • Dealing with landlord enquiries

Key skills and experience required:

  • Customer service focused
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Adaptable
  • Is able to be flexible towards role and working patterns
  • Team player
  • Effective communicator
  • Must hold full driving license

Lettings experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. You will be working with a great team in a friendly office environment. Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.
