Recruiting for a Lettings Assistant
We are looking for someone to assist with the day-to-day activities in our busy Lettings Department
Duties will include:
• Carrying out routine property inspections
• Liaising with owners and contractors organising property repairs
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• General office duties
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and computer literate and above all have a keen interest in property and customer care.
Full training will be given where required.
Hours: 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday plus two Saturday mornings a month.
Clean driving licence.
