Hayman-Joyce receives national recognition at the EA Masters
Hayman-Joyce has attained the high standards necessary to be awarded with the property industry’s most prestigious mark of excellence.
On Wednesday 3rd October, 1,500 of the leading estate and letting agents and suppliers from across the UK gathered for the biggest estate agency event in the country, where the results of this year’s Best Estate Agent Guide Awards were announced.
CAPTION: L-R – Adam Sambell, Lettings Manager at Hayman-Joyce, Tom Hayman-Joyce, Director at Hayman-Joyce presented with their award by Tom Dean, double gold 2020 Tokyo Olympic champion freestyle swimmer.
Over 15,000 estate agencies are included in the assessment, which is conducted by Property Academy, supported by the UK’s leading property portal, Rightmove.
Each office is scored against a unique set of criteria looking at property marketing, customer service and results – which are determined following a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and renters.
There follows a whole of market assessment, using a combination of data analysis, mystery shopping and a website review to identify the best agencies in the country.
Home-movers and landlords can search for those estate and letting agents that made the grade in their area by visiting bestestateagentguide.co.uk or by looking out for the distinctive winners marks.
Hayman-Joyce was delighted to be recognised for their dedication to providing the very highest levels of service. At the awards held at Evolution London, the team were crowned Best Estate Agent Guide Award Winner Sales and The Best Estate Agent Guide Excellent rating Lettings.
Last month, Tom and his team in Moreton-in-Marsh also won Best Estate Agency Single Office: Gloucestershire and Best Lettings Agency: Gloucestershire at the International Property Awards 2021.
Tom commented “What a year! Adam and I are truly thrilled to receive these accolades on behalf of the whole team at Hayman-Joyce. We continue into 2022 striving to be the best, in all that we do, within Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and beyond.”
