We are recruiting an exceptional individual to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator.

The role focuses on letting, building relationships, seeking new opportunities, and delivering a first-class service to our clients and tenants. The role encompasses all the duties associated with a letting agent which include registering potential tenants, working on the phone, face to face, email and WhatsApp, managing potential tenants, creating viewing appointments, carrying out viewings, negotiating tenancies, liaising with landlords, completing administration, progressing tenancies, inspections, managing repairs, works and tenancies and ensuring full compliance.

We are based in Moreton-in-Marsh and cover the North Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. Our team is highly successful, we have the market share, we offer unrivalled service and have a strong reputation. We are a team of 16 in total based in one office.  

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is successful, builds long-term relationships and is trustworthy. Who will take the time to understand our clients’ needs and work to introduce the best tenants and manage this relationship throughout the tenancy. Must have a keen eye for detail and be organised to ensure accurate completion of administrative and compliance duties. They must have the utmost integrity, act with discretion, and always put our clients’ interests first.

The role is a full time including every third Saturday. Candidates must have a driving license, ideally have experience in the role, local knowledge and an ARLA qualification or be willing to work towards this qualification.
