Tom Hayman-Joyce
James Hayman-Joyce and Charlie Comber are very pleased to
announce that Tom Hayman-Joyce, James’ son, has joined him in
Moreton-in-Marsh. He will join John Yarnold, Residential Sales
Manager, as an additional member to the successful Moreton-in-Marsh
sales team.
Tom grew up in Barton-on-the-Heath just outside Moreton-in-Marsh
and read Geography at Exeter University. He started his career in
estate agency in 2003 with Hayman-Joyce before moving to London,
initially working for Winkworth in their Pimlico and Westminster
branch.
In May 2006 he joined Savills in Richmond-upon-Thames office and
set up as new department selling houses and apartments between
£350,000 and £1.25m, a new sector for Savills. Tom
successfully grew his department’s market share and turnover
and was promoted to an Associate in March 2008. In May 2010 Tom
accepted an offer from his father to join the family firm.
Tom comments ‘I am extremely excited to be returning to
the family business and the Cotswolds. I have thoroughly enjoyed my
seven years working with two big names in the London and global
property business and I will draw on the experience I have gained
from this. I am looking forward to working with my father and his
strong team in Moreton-in-Marsh, and with Charlie Comber in the
Broadway office, with a view to expanding the business and
increasing our market share.’
