Our aim is to provide a complete letting service for our Landlords maintaining the highest possible standards.
Residential Lettings and Management was started in 1992 by the current manager Wendy Dawes with her assistant Ingrid Box. This sector of our business has grown by exceptional demand over the years and we are able to command the major share of let properties in the area covering the full range of properties from the smallest cottage to the finest Cotswold house and land.
We offer free advice on purchasing suitable properties and how to present them to make the most of your investment. We take great care to find suitable tenants as this is the key to a successful tenancy.
We provide a full management service for Landlords and an introductory service for those who wish to manage their own property.
