Our residential Lettings and Management department was started in 1992 by the current manager Wendy Dawes. This sector of our business has grown by exceptional demand over the years and we are able to command the major share of let properties in the area covering the full range of properties from the smallest cottage to the finest Cotswold houses.
We offer free advice on purchasing suitable properties and how to present them to make the most of your investment. We take great care to find suitable tenants as this is the key to a successful tenancy.
We provide a full management service or introductory service for those who wish to manage their own property.
