James has worked in the Cotswolds since 1970 when he moved to the area from Exmoor.
He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Land Agent at the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester.
He moved to Moreton-in-Marsh in 1976 when he opened an office for Blinkhorn & Co. and in 1991 he commenced practice on his own account as ‘Hayman-Joyce’ in the town. He has lived near Moreton-in-Marsh for over 25 years and his interests include country pursuits, sailing and National Hunt racing.

Charlie is the Partner based in our Broadway office. Charlie was born and brought up in Warwickshire and read philosophy at Middlesex University.
He then worked for a national firm of Estate Agents in Stratford-upon-Avon before joining Hayman-Joyce in Broadway in 1996. He lives in Stratford-upon-Avon with his wife and young family and is a keen cricketer.

Tom runs the residential sales department in the Moreton-in-Marsh office. He returned to Hayman-Joyce in June 2010, having spent the previous seven years working in London. Tom started his agency career in 2003 with Hayman-Joyce after graduating from Exeter University. He then moved to London and worked for Winkworth for just under 3 years and Savills for over 4 years before deciding to return to the Cotswolds and Hayman-Joyce.
Tom lives in Withington with his wife Amy and daughter Beatrice. He enjoys motorsport, racing and country pursuits.

John joined Hayman-Joyce in 2006 having previously worked the majority of his 20 year estate agency career in Worcestershire. He is involved in the sales process from start to finish and is ably assisted by other experienced members of the team. He is always available to talk to clients and believes the advice offered reflects the true market conditions.
When not at work, John is kept just as busy with a wife and young family. When time permits he enjoys playing golf and following his young sons playing sport.

Jane returned to Hayman-Joyce in September 2010 having taken time away from property management to bring up her young family. She started her career in lettings in 1991 setting up a successful branch of Residential Lettings for General Accident Property Services in Warwickshire before moving to the Cotswolds 16 years ago.
Before returning to Hayman-Joyce, Jane has been involved in advising clients on preparing properties for let and re-let, whilst working closely with the lettings department. Jane lives in Chipping Campden with her family.

Chris is an Associate with Hayman-Joyce and has been involved in Estate Agency since the 1980’s when he worked with James Hayman-Joyce at Blinkhorn & Co. He joined Hayman-Joyce in Broadway in 2004 and has lived in Broadway most of his life.
Outside work Chris appreciates the fine arts and antiques and keeps fit walking and cycling.

Tina joined Hayman-Joyce in 1997 and has been a key member of the team from the day she started. Tina works in the Moreton-in-Marsh office where she is the hub of the office, looking after the sales team and is PA to James Hayman-Joyce.
Tina lives in Moreton-in-Marsh with her husband and enjoys country walks with her two spaniels.

Camilla is a fantastic member of the Moreton-in-Marsh team. She works both in the lettings and the sales department. Camilla joined Hayman-Joyce in April 2009 and brings a great deal of local knowledge and charisma to the team.
Camilla lives just outside Chipping Campden with her husband Will and her son Luke. She enjoys horse riding and working with Will on the farm.
